- Anti-Bovine IgG (H&L) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Bovine IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Bovine IgG and Bovine Serum.

Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher.
