RTK signaling

激活刺激包括过多的生长因子、激素和细胞因子。大多数RTKs会在配体结合时发生二聚化并变得活跃。活化的RTK则可磷酸化多种下游信号级联反应的激活剂,如NF-kB、MAPK、Ca2+依赖信号转导以及JAK-STAT通路。因此,RTKs可影响从细胞骨架动力学、细胞生长和分化到炎症、细胞凋亡和肿瘤进展等广泛过程。尽管受体及结局多种多样,但是RTKs实际上只参与有限的核心过程。因此,诸如RTK表达上限等因子定量分析对理解信号传导过程和预测定性结局都是至关重要的。
