- 说明
-
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. (10xHis) The protein has a calculated MW of 24.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 26-27 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

- 背景
- GAS6 (Growth arrest-specific protein 6) is also known as AXL receptor tyrosine kinase ligand, AXLLG. Ligand for tyrosine-protein kinase receptors AXL, TYRO3 and MER whose signaling is implicated in cell growth and survival, cell adhesion and cell migration. GAS6/AXL signaling plays a role in various processes such as endothelial cell survival during acidification by preventing apoptosis, optimal cytokine signaling during human natural killer cell development, hepatic regeneration, gonadotropin-releasing hormone neuron survival and migration, platelet activation, or regulation of thrombotic responses.
