- Biological Activity Comment
- Immobilized Human EGF at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human EGFR, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 81.0ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 0.05 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). See testing image for detail.

- 状态
- Lyophilized
- 溶解方式
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- 缓冲液
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- 储存条件
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- 储存方法
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- 有效期
- 12 months

- 背景
- HOMG4, EGF, URG,The epidermal growth factor (EGF) family of peptides encodes several proteins that can function as growth factors. The EGF-like peptides, with the exception of proteins of the EGF-CFC subfamily, bind and activate tyrosine kinase receptors that belong to the erbB family.
