- ErpN/OspE is a fusion protein with an MBP tag and was expressed in E.coli. Analysis by SDS-PAGE resulted in a pattern consistent with purified ErpN/OspE and was estimated to be greater than 95% pure.

Application Note: ErpN/OspE is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at 59.5 kDa for OspE-MBP, (17.1 kDa for OspE and 42.4 for MBP) in size corresponding to ErpN/OspE by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
