- 背景
- CD7 is a 40-kD member of the Ig gene superfamily that is expressed on a major subset of human peripheral T lymphocytes and NK cells. CD7 can complex with CD3 and CD45 molecules, and CD7 signaling involves both protein kinase C and protein tyrosine kinase. CD7 has been shown to be a functional signal-transducing molecule on resting NK cells. Although the function of CD7 is unknown, studies suggest that CD7 may be involved in T and NK cell activation and/or adhesion. In TCRbeta T cells, cross-linking of CD7 leads to rapid increases in intracellular calcium concentrations, induces CD7 cytoplasmic domain association with phosphotidylinositol-3-kinase, synergizes with submitogenic amounts of CD3 mAbs to induce T cell activation, modulates T cell adhesion, and increases T cell IL-2 production and IL-2 receptor expression. In TCR T cells, cross-linking of CD7 leads to cell activation and induction of TNF-a, TNF-b, and granulocyte-macrophage CSF mRNA.
