Anti-Hu CD307b PE

特异性

The mouse monoclonal antibody B24 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD307b, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly in mature and memory B cells.

纯化方法

Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
