- 背景
- Background: PPP4R2 is a regulatory subunit associated with the PP4 serine/threonine protein phosphatase catalytic subunit PPP4C. PPP4C is structurally related to PP2AC but does not associate with the same regulatory subunits. PPP4C associates with either the PPP4R1 or PPP4R2 regulatory subunit. PPP4R2 has been shown to localize to centrosomes and may function in targeting PPP4C to microtubule organizing centers.
