Application Note: Anti-SKI3 Antibody is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Western Blots. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 150 kDa in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
