Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 120 kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates(calculated MW of 130 kDa according to Mouse NP_080477.1 and Rat NP_001102005.1). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 30 kDa. Thisband was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Other applications not tested.

- DIXDC1 belongs to the DIXDC1 family and contains 1 CH (calponin homology) domain and 1 DIX domain. The coiled coil domain mediates interaction with MAP3K4 and inhibition of AXIN1 mediated JNK activation through MAP3K4. The DIX domain mediates interaction with AXIN1 and inhibition of AXIN1 mediated JNK activation through MAP3K1.
