Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Positive control: murine brain lysate (red. Laemmli buffer). Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL (Cell culture fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde,permeabilized with 0.1 % Triton-X100). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
