A synthetic peptide from human autophagy-related protein 9A (ATG9A, APG9L1, APG9-like 1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the antigen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.
Use at a concentration of 10-50 µg/ml. The optimal workiing concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
